Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) said on Jun, 09 2026 that Malaysia’s Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) increased its interest in the glove maker after purchasing 1.448 million ordinary shares on the open market on Jun, 08 2026.

Following the transaction, KWAP holds 442.703 million shares directly (5.521% of issued capital) and 76.341 million shares indirectly (0.952%), bringing its total ownership to 519.045 million shares. The acquisition was executed by KWAP’s fund manager, according to the filing.
