BOYAA (00434) announced that between August 5 and August 25, 2025, the group conducted a series of transactions in the open market, purchasing a total of approximately 290 Bitcoin for a total consideration of about HK$257 million (equivalent to approximately US$32.91 million). The Bitcoin purchases were made using the company's own funds. Following the completion of these purchases, as of the date of this announcement, the group holds approximately 3,670 Bitcoin in total, with an average purchase cost of US$62,878 per Bitcoin.
