Earlier, on April 10, MEXAN had issued an announcement regarding the placing of existing shares by its controlling shareholder, Winland Wealth (BVI) Limited. The board was informed that the placing had been completed, with all of the shares offered—about 1.327 billion shares, representing approximately 67.47% of the company’s issued share capital and the entire holding of the seller prior to completion—successfully placed to no fewer than six placees by the placing agent under the placing agreement. Settlement for all of these placed shares took place on April 9, 2026.
