On 15 April 2026, China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (“CTG DUTY-FREE”) announced the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, aligning with the paperless listing regime specified in Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules that took effect on 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, documents such as directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be provided exclusively in digital format on both the company website (www.ctgdutyfree.com.cn) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). English and Chinese versions will be posted simultaneously.

Non-registered shareholders are required to supply an email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or to HKSCC Nominees Ltd. to ensure timely receipt of electronic alerts. Investors preferring hard copies may submit a reply form or email request to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., at cdf.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
