Standard Chartered PLC (02888) has announced that a Committee of its Board of Directors will meet on 24 February 2026. According to the announcement dated 6 February 2026, the committee intends to approve the release of the company’s financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and consider whether to declare a final dividend for that period.

The Board is chaired by Maria da Conceicao das Neves Calha Ramos, with William Thomas Winters, CBE, serving as Group Chief Executive and Diego De Giorgi as Group Chief Financial Officer. Independent Non-Executive Directors, including Shirish Moreshwar Apte, Jacqueline Hunt, Diane Enberg Jurgens, Robin Ann Lawther, CBE, Lincoln Leong Kwok Kuen, Philip George Rivett (Senior Independent Director), David Tang, and Linda Yi-chuang Yueh, CBE, also serve on the Board.
