UMP (00722) announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HK$727 million, representing a 2.9% year-on-year decline. Profit attributable to owners reached HK$31.44 million, down 22.6% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at 3.98 HK cents, with a proposed final dividend of 1.90 HK cents per share.

The year-on-year decrease in total revenue was primarily attributed to the offsetting effect of increased revenue from corporate healthcare solutions business against a significant decline in immigration medical examination volumes and reduced clinical medical services revenue.
