Hang Lung Properties Limited (Hang Lung PPT) announced that Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Nelson Wai Leung Yuen stepped down from the board and ceased to chair the Nomination and Remuneration Committee upon conclusion of the 30 April 2026 annual general meeting. Yuen, who joined the Group in 1978 and previously served as Managing Director, opted not to seek re-election, marking the end of a 48-year tenure. The company confirmed Yuen has no disagreement with the board and that no matters require shareholder attention.

Concurrently, the board reshuffled the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Executive Director and Board Chair Adriel Chan was appointed committee member, while INED Anita Yuen Mei Fung was elevated to committee chair. Following the changes, Hang Lung PPT’s board consists of three Executive Directors (Adriel Chan, Weber W.P. Lo, Kenneth K.K. Chiu), one Non-Executive Director (Andrew Weir) and four INEDs (Philip N.L. Chen, Andrew K.C. Chan, Anita Y.M. Fung, Holly T.F. Li).
