CHINASOUTHCITY (01668) announced that the company has received a letter from the Stock Exchange dated September 1, 2025, which sets out the resumption guidelines for the resumption of trading in the company's shares. According to the resumption guidelines, the company must: (i) publish all outstanding financial results in accordance with the listing rules and present any audit qualifications; (ii) withdraw or discharge any winding-up order made against the company and discharge any liquidator; (iii) demonstrate compliance with Rule 13.24 of the listing rules; (iv) re-comply with Rule 3.10A of the listing rules; and (v) publish all material information to enable the company's shareholders and other investors to appraise the company's position.
