The contracted sales gross floor area was approximately 24,592 square meters, and the average selling price for the month was about RMB13,600 per square meter. For the 12 months ended December 31, 2025, the Group's cumulative contracted sales amount, including its joint ventures and associates, was approximately RMB4.344 billion, representing a decrease of 35.44% compared to the previous year. The cumulative contracted sales gross floor area was approximately 278,381 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB15,600 per square meter.
