Procurri Corporation Limited announced that its scheme of arrangement with Exeo Global Asset Holdings Pte. Ltd. became effective on Sep, 9 2025, after the court order approving the deal was filed with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.

The company expects to pay the scheme consideration to shareholders on or around Sep, 18 2025 and to delist its shares from the Singapore Exchange on or around Sep, 22 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

The board said it had taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the announcement and assumes joint responsibility for its contents.
