Shenglong Splendecor International Limited announced that its earlier statement claiming receipt of a waiver from strict compliance with Rule 19.41(a) of the GEM Listing Rules was incorrect. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has not yet granted the waiver, and the previously indicated circular despatch deadline of 24 July 2026 remains undetermined.

The clarification supersedes disclosures made on 18 June 2026, which referred to a waiver purportedly granted on the same date and set a firm mailing date for the circular linked to the company’s planned acquisition of land-use rights in Lin’An District, Hangzhou City.

Management attributes the error to an “inadvertent miscommunication” with the financial printer. Shenglong Splendecor will now formally apply to the Stock Exchange for the necessary waiver and for confirmation of a new despatch timetable.

The board, comprising three executive and three independent non-executive directors, states that all information in the clarification is accurate and complete to the best of its knowledge.
