MMG Resumes Las Bambas Mine and Processing Operations Following 18 August Fatalities in Peru

MMG Limited announced that mining and processing activities at its Las Bambas operation in Peru restarted on 21 August 2026, three days after a fatal incident on 18 August resulted in the deaths of employees Richard José Flores Rhea and Tony Nilson González Challa.

The voluntary announcement was signed by Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Zhao Jing Ivo on behalf of the Board.
