Tosei Corporation (8923) said on Jan, 23 2026 that its board has approved a proposal to nominate nine candidates for director positions at the company’s 76th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for Feb, 26 2026.

The slate consists of President and CEO Seiichiro Yamaguchi, CFO Noboru Hirano, Chief Operating Officer Hideki Nakanishi, Managing Executive Officers Shunsuke Yamaguchi and Hiroyasu Yoneda, Executive Officer Shigehiro Takami, and three outside directors—Kenichi Shohtoku, Hiroyuki Kobayashi and Mai Ishiwatari.

All nine nominees are standing for reappointment. The proposal will be presented to shareholders for approval at the upcoming meeting.
