Meilleure Health secures near-unanimous shareholder backing; final dividend of HK$0.004 per share approved

Meilleure Health International Industry Group Limited (Meilleure Health) announced that all resolutions at its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on 26 June 2026 in Hong Kong, were passed by an overwhelming majority through poll voting.

A total of 2.57 billion shares—representing 63.45% of the company’s 4.06 billion shares in issue—were voted. Support exceeded 99.98% for every motion except the general issuance mandate and its extension, which still achieved 99.98% approval.

Key approvals: • 2025 audited financial statements and directors’ and auditor’s reports. • A final cash dividend of HK$0.4 cents (HK$0.004) per share for FY 2025. Based on shares in issue, the distribution equates to approximately HK$16.22 million. • Re-election of executive directors Ms. Zhou Wen Chuan and Dr. Zeng Wentao, and independent non-executive director Mr. Wu Peng; authorisation for the Board to set directors’ remuneration. • Reappointment of ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited as external auditor, with remuneration to be determined by the Board. • Renewal of general mandates enabling the Board to repurchase shares and to issue new shares, along with an extension mandate allowing re-issuance of any repurchased shares.

All eight serving directors attended the meeting, and Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll. The results reinforce strong shareholder confidence in the company’s leadership and strategic flexibility heading into the 2026 financial year.
