Shenzhen Zhaowei Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. (ZHAOWEI, 02692) announced new arrangements for delivering corporate communications in compliance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, effective 31 December 2023. Key details are as follows:

• Scope of documents: The term “Corporate Communications” covers annual and interim reports, quarterly reports (if any), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

• Electronic default: All future corporate communications will be made available on the company’s website (http://www.szzhaowei.net) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be supplied only upon shareholder request.

• Actionable items by email: Documents requiring shareholder action—such as proxy forms—will be emailed individually. If no functional email address is on record, a printed version will be dispatched together with a form prompting shareholders to provide an email address for future use.

• Email registration: Shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address via the online form (QR code provided in the circular) by 9 May 2026. Alternatively, details can be sent to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via 2692-ecom@vistra.com.

• Printed copies on demand: Shareholders may request printed versions of any corporate communication free of charge by writing or emailing the share registrar at the addresses above.

• Compliance safeguard: The company will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations once actionable communications are sent to the email address provided without generating a “non-delivery” message.
