According to the latest data from the Stock Exchange, on February 3rd, the CITIC Securities-Kaiyuan Single Asset Management Plan increased its stake in CGN Power (01816) by 11.46 million shares.

The transaction was executed at a price of HK$3.1835 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$36.4829 million.

Following this acquisition, the total number of shares held has risen to approximately 1.79 billion shares.

The updated shareholding now represents 16.04% of the company's total issued shares.
