Kunlun Energy Company Limited disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return stating that it repurchased 978,000 ordinary shares on 15 June 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HKD 6.86 and HKD 7.00, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 6.76 million. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation, and none will be retained as treasury stock.

Since 25 March 2026, the company has bought back 21.09 million shares that are pending cancellation, equivalent to roughly 0.24% of its 8.66 billion issued shares. Transaction prices across this period ranged from HKD 6.88 to HKD 7.61 per share, implying a total cash outlay of about HKD 154.00 million.

A fresh buyback mandate approved by shareholders on 28 May 2026 authorises the company to repurchase up to 865.88 million shares (10% of the share capital at the mandate date). From 28 May through 15 June, Kunlun Energy has executed 6.29 million repurchases—just 0.07% of the issued share base—leaving 99.93% of the mandate capacity available.

Because none of the repurchased shares have yet been cancelled, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 8.66 billion shares. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Kunlun Energy is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury shares until 15 July 2026.
