Powermatic Data Systems Limited announced the incorporation of Airion Communications Sdn. Bhd. as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary on Feb, 03 2026 in Malaysia.

Airion Communications, held through the Company’s direct subsidiary Compex Technology Sdn. Bhd., will concentrate on marketing and distributing wireless connectivity products via e-commerce channels.

The new unit will be funded from internal resources, and its formation is not expected to have a material effect on the Group’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2026.

The Company added that none of its directors or controlling shareholders has any interest in the incorporation apart from their existing shareholdings.
