ZHONGSHENJIANYE (02503) announced that the group expects to record a loss attributable to owners of the company of approximately RMB 12 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, compared to a profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately RMB 335,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2024.

The shift from profit to loss this year is primarily attributed to a decrease in the number of engineering construction projects during the period compared to the same period last year, resulting in reduced group revenue. Additionally, the company experienced impairment losses on trade and other receivables and contract assets during the current period, whereas the same period last year saw reversal of impairment losses.
