IDT International Limited (167) has announced that its current company secretary, authorised representative, and process agent, Mr. Chen Kun, will resign effective 5 February 2026. According to the announcement, Mr. Chen has no disagreement with the board of directors, and there are no matters related to his resignation that require further attention. Effective the same date, Mr. Chang Eric Jackson will assume the roles of company secretary, authorised representative, and process agent. According to the announcement, Mr. Chang has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, business advisory, compliance, and corporate secretarial work for listed companies. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served as director of a corporate advisory firm since January 2022. The board extended its welcome to Mr. Chang on his new appointment.
