Top Standard Corporation (8510) has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday, 1 December 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at 21/F., Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. The proposed ordinary resolution seeks to increase the company’s authorised share capital from HK$20,000,000 to HK$40,000,000 by creating an additional 200,000,000 shares at HK$0.1 each, all of which will rank pari passu with existing shares.

The register of members will be closed from Wednesday, 26 November 2025 to Monday, 1 December 2025 (both dates inclusive). Shareholders whose names appear on the register by Monday, 1 December 2025 are eligible to attend and vote at the EGM, with proxy submissions required at least 48 hours before the meeting time.
