Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard copies enclosed with the notification. Those experiencing difficulties with email alerts or website access may obtain printed copies at no cost by completing and returning the Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 336-ecom@vistra.com.

The board stresses that providing a valid email address is each shareholder’s responsibility. Until a functional address is supplied, the company can deliver only hard-copy notices and actionable corporate communication documents.
