Advanced Micro Devices and Nutanix Inc. are collaborating to develop an open, full-stack artificial intelligence infrastructure platform designed to support AI applications. As part of the agreement, Advanced Micro Devices will invest $150 million in Nutanix Inc. stock at a purchase price of $36.26 per share. Additionally, Advanced Micro Devices will provide Nutanix Inc. with up to $100 million in funding to support joint engineering initiatives and market development efforts, aiming to accelerate the adoption of their combined AI platform. The equity investment is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2026. The AI platform is intended to enable enterprises and service providers to scale their AI deployments effectively.
