Birelentinib is a globally pioneering LYN/BTK dual-target inhibitor designed to achieve broad-spectrum coverage across different DLBCL subtypes by simultaneously blocking both BTK-dependent and BTK-independent B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling pathways. The TAI-SHAN9 study enrolled patients who had previously received one to five lines of systemic therapy.

The study findings reveal that birelentinib monotherapy at both 50mg and 75mg doses demonstrated broad-spectrum antitumor activity across various molecular subtypes, accompanied by a manageable safety profile.
