Xiamen-based Jihong Co. expects strong earnings momentum for the first half of 2026 (1H26), forecasting net profit of RMB226.59 million–RMB250.22 million, a year-on-year increase of 65.84%–83.13%.

Net profit attributable to shareholders is projected at RMB153.59 million–RMB177.22 million, up 30.00%–50.00% from RMB118.15 million a year earlier. After excluding non-recurring items, attributable earnings are estimated at RMB148.07 million–RMB171.70 million, representing growth of 30.72%–51.58%. Basic earnings per share are set to improve to RMB0.35–RMB0.40 from RMB0.30 in the prior-year period.

Management links the anticipated performance mainly to:

1. Cross-border social e-commerce: Expanded penetration into Europe alongside established Southeast and Northeast Asian markets, leveraging a partner program and data-driven operations. Enhanced conversion efficiency and lower marketing cost ratios are expected to lift segment net profit by 140%–160% year-on-year, with attributable profit contribution up 70%–90%.

2. Packaging business: Higher raw-material prices, intensified competition and ongoing investment in new production bases weighed on profitability, leading to a decline in segment net profit. Management anticipates improvement once new capacity ramps up.

The financial figures are preliminary and unaudited; definitive results will be disclosed in Jihong Co.’s 2026 interim report.
