Tenfu Discloses Additional Buyback; 767,000 Shares Repurchased Under 2025 Mandate

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on 6 May 2026 it repurchased 3,000 ordinary shares on-market at HK$2.86–2.87 per share, spending HK$8,600 in aggregate.

The transaction left the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 1,082.95 million shares. Including this latest trade, Tenfu has bought back 767,000 shares since the shareholder mandate was granted on 9 May 2025, equivalent to 0.07 % of the issued share base on that mandate date. The mandate authorises the repurchase of up to 108.38 million shares, implying 0.71 % of the approved capacity has been used.

As at 6 May 2026, 139,000 repurchased shares were still awaiting cancellation, representing approximately 0.01 % of the current issued share capital. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Tenfu is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 5 June 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases have been executed in compliance with the Main Board Listing Rules and the previously published explanatory statement.
