WINSHINE SCI (00209) announced that effective April 2, 2026, Mr. Wu Jiwei has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company and will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. Mr. Guo Jianwei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, and will also join the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
