Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Corporation Limited announced on Mar, 24 2026 that China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd., its placement agent for the A-share placement initiated in Jul, 2015, has replaced one of its supervisory representatives.

Due to a change in work arrangements, Mr. Wang Jianlong will no longer serve in the role. Galaxy Securities has appointed Ms. Wang Han to assume the continuous supervision duties alongside existing representative Ms. Kang Yuan.

Although the formal supervision period for the placement has concluded, some proceeds from the fundraising remain unutilised, and the placement agent will continue to monitor the deposit and use of these funds.

The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Wang Jianlong for his contributions and confirmed that Ms. Wang Han, a sponsor representative with six years of investment-banking experience, will take over immediately.
