Capital Industrial Financial Services Group Limited (Stock Code: 730) has announced that a Special General Meeting will take place on 13 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at 4/F, Building 5, Jinankehuan Plaza, Shougang Park Group, Shijingshan District, Beijing, PRC.

The meeting will consider and, if deemed appropriate, pass resolutions related to two agreements dated 19 September 2025 with Shougang Group Co., Ltd. The first is the EMC Master Procurement Agreement, under which the Group is set to supply EMC Products to Shougang Group with relevant annual caps outlined in a circular dated 23 October 2025. The second is the Steel Master Procurement Agreement, covering the Group’s purchase of steel products from Shougang Group under annual caps also detailed in the same circular.

Shareholders are encouraged to review the specific terms and conditions presented in the SGM Notice and the circular dated 23 October 2025 and to submit proxy forms in accordance with the instructions set out in the announcement. Attendance in person or by proxy at the Special General Meeting will facilitate voting on the proposed resolutions.
