Jiading International Group Holdings Limited (08153) reported that its authorized share capital remains unchanged at 50,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.002, totaling HKD 100,000,000. The number of issued shares also remained at 23,110,117, with no treasury shares outstanding.

According to the share option schemes, 35,222 share options with an exercise price of HKD 55.18 (granted on 16 February 2023) were lapsed. There is a separate share option scheme covering up to 382,114 shares. In addition, a proposed rights issue of up to 11,555,058 shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.60 per rights share is outlined, on the basis of one rights share for every two shares held on 14 November 2025.
