Beijing, 19 May 2026—China Telecom released a revised roster of its Board of Directors and confirmed the membership of its three principal board committees.

The Board now comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director and four independent non-executive directors. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ke Ruiwen continues to lead the Board, supported by President and Chief Operating Officer Liu Guiqing, Executive Vice Presidents Tang Ke and Li Yinghui, with Li also serving as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board.

Lyu Yongzhong occupies the sole non-executive seat. Independent oversight is provided by Ng Kar Ling Johnny, Lee Sunny Wai Kwong, Liang Xuming and Chen Ji Min.

Committee leadership has been fully defined: • Audit Committee—chaired by Ng Kar Ling Johnny and comprising Lee Sunny Wai Kwong, Liang Xuming and Chen Ji Min. • Remuneration Committee—headed by Lee Sunny Wai Kwong, with Ng Kar Ling Johnny, Liang Xuming and Chen Ji Min as members. • Nomination Committee—led by Liang Xuming, joined by Ng Kar Ling Johnny, Lee Sunny Wai Kwong and Chen Ji Min.

The updated board and committee composition is effective immediately. No changes to operational strategy or financial guidance were disclosed in the announcement.
