The 19th Huaxia Institutional Investors Annual Conference and Huaxia Financial (Insurance) Technology Forum was held today. He Zhujun, Party Committee Member and Secretary-General of the China Banking and Insurance Asset Management Association, attended and delivered a speech.

He Zhujun pointed out that China's asset management industry has entered a golden period of development. The total entrusted management scale of the domestic asset management market has reached approximately 176 trillion yuan, with bank wealth management and insurance asset management accounting for about 70 trillion yuan collectively.

He Zhujun emphasized that as China is currently planning for the "15th Five-Year Plan," the economy is showing a consolidated upward trend. The demand for wealth management among residents continues to grow, while financing needs for the real economy—particularly in technological innovation and business model transformation—are increasing. The insurance industry maintains a high-quality development pace, all of which are highly favorable for the banking and insurance asset management sector. The industry has now entered a golden era of sustained rapid development.

He Zhujun stated that under the guidance of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the China Banking and Insurance Asset Management Association will actively serve as a bridge, deepen self-regulation within the industry, enhance investment and research capabilities, facilitate institutional exchanges, and promote innovation in asset management products and services. These efforts aim to contribute to the high-quality development of the real economy and accelerate the establishment of China as a financial powerhouse.
