New World Development Company Limited has released a circular detailing proposed continuing connected transactions under the 2026 CTFE Master Services Agreement. The document, issued in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company’s website (www.nwd.com.hk) and HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

An Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at 11:30 a.m. in Meeting Room N101 (Expo Drive Entrance), Level 1, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Shareholders will vote on matters related to the new master services arrangement.

Non-registered shareholders may request a free printed copy of the circular by returning a completed request form to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the pre-paid mailing label provided in the notification. Completion of the form will constitute an instruction to receive all future corporate communications in printed form.
