PURAPHARM has announced that Ms. Chen Zhuoman has resigned from her position as company secretary. Her resignation is due to the need to dedicate more time to her other business commitments and work arrangements. Additionally, she will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, nor as the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). These changes are effective from July 18, 2026.

Mr. Zhu Peiqi has been appointed to succeed Ms. Chen Zhuoman in the roles of company secretary and authorized representative. This appointment will also take effect from July 18, 2026.
