SIIC Environment Promotes Qin Feng to CTO and Names Liu Haojiang as First CDO

SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. (BHK) announced that Deputy General Manager Qin Feng has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer, effective Nov, 19 2025.

The board also appointed Liu Haojiang as the company’s first Chief Digital Officer, with the same effective date.

Qin Feng, 56, joined the group in May 2020 and brings extensive experience in environmental technology R&D and project management. He previously served as Chief Engineer of Shanghai Environment Group Co., Ltd. from Jul 2014 to May 2020 and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in environmental engineering from Tongji University.

Liu Haojiang, 53, will oversee the group’s digitalization and intelligent operations. He is currently a Deputy General Manager of subsidiary Longjiang Environmental Protection Group and holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.

The board welcomed both executives to their new roles.
