Century Ginwa (00162) has announced the resignation of several board directors. Mr. Chen Shuai, Ms. Song Hong, and Mr. Ruan Xiaofeng have stepped down from their respective roles as non-executive director and independent non-executive directors, effective from June 30, 2026. The resignations are due to personal work arrangements.

Following their departures, the individuals will also cease their memberships on the company's board committees. Specifically, Mr. Chen will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Remuneration Committee. Ms. Song will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Ruan will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee or as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Audit Committee.
