CHENQI TECH (09680) has announced its financial guidance for the six months ending June 30, 2026.

The company expects to achieve comprehensive revenue of no less than RMB 3.9 billion for the period, representing a substantial increase of at least RMB 2.224 billion, or a growth of at least 132.6%, compared to the six months ended June 30, 2025.

Additionally, CHENQI TECH anticipates a net comprehensive loss attributable to equity shareholders of no more than RMB 75 million for the same period. This marks a significant reduction of at least RMB 50 million, or a decrease of at least 40.0%, from the loss recorded in the first half of 2025.

Based on information currently available to the board, the robust revenue growth is primarily driven by two factors. First, a notable increase in ride-hailing service order volumes within the company's mobility service segment led to higher revenue compared to the prior corresponding period. Second, the company intensified its sales and marketing efforts for its technology services, which also contributed to the revenue increase.

The reduction in the loss attributable to equity shareholders is mainly attributed to two key factors. The company's mobility service segment improved operational efficiency in its ride-hailing services, optimizing its cost structure, which resulted in sustained gross profit growth compared to the previous year. Furthermore, an increase in the business volume of the technology services segment led to a corresponding rise in gross profit for the first half of 2026.
