According to a company announcement dated October 7, Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. (ASX: 001389) has appointed CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. as the sponsor institution for its 2026 public issuance of A-share convertible corporate bonds to unspecified targets.

CITIC Securities has designated Mr. Pan Shaoming and Mr. Liang Jiajian as sponsor representatives to jointly oversee the sponsorship and continuous supervision of this issuance.

The original sponsor institution, Guolian Minsheng Securities Underwriting and Sponsorship Co., Ltd., will no longer perform the corresponding continuous supervision duties.
