On the afternoon of September 20th, at the 9th RenDanHeYi Model Leadership Forum and 2nd Zero Distance Excellence Award Ceremony, Zhou Yunyi, Chairman and CEO of Haier Group, shared insights indicating that over the past two decades, the "RenDanHeYi" model proposed by Zhang Ruimin has evolved through four distinct phases: incubation period, germination and breakthrough period, rooting and growth period, and fruition period. The model has now comprehensively entered the 2.0 "zero boundary" stage, with its core principle of "maximizing human value" extending to "benefiting all ecosystem participants."
According to Zhou Yunyi, after nearly 20 years of practice and development, RenDanHeYi is beginning to bear fruit, with self-organization, autonomous individuals, and self-evolution becoming systematic elements. The chain-group contracts that eliminate pyramid structures, value-sharing mechanisms that restore three rights, and self-correction mechanisms within zero-boundary ecosystems are driving RenDanHeYi into a new era of ecological entrepreneurship and continuous regeneration. This signifies that the fruition is not a temporary phenomenon, but rather the formation of an ecosystem capable of continuous regeneration, self-evolution, and self-advancement.
"If 1.0 addressed the zero-distance issue between enterprises and users, then 2.0 resolves the zero-boundary problem between enterprises and various ecosystem participants, maximizing ecosystem value and driving all parties to co-create, transmit, and share value, achieving ecosystem self-evolution driven by user experience," Zhou Yunyi stated.
