On the afternoon of May 14th, the Beijing Cyberspace Administration convened a specialized work promotion meeting at the Xingdi Center in Chaoyang District. During the session, industry experts provided a detailed interpretation of the "Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content," systematically explaining the applicable scenarios, compliance standards, technical specifications, and practical operational requirements for labeling AI-generated content. This offered clear and authoritative compliance guidance for participating enterprises to accurately implement labeling management systems and standardize daily operational practices. The meeting also reported on typical issues identified during recent compliance inspections of AI content labeling within the jurisdiction. Platform companies were urged to learn from these cases, conduct thorough self-examinations, comprehensively identify and rectify weaknesses in labeling management, and ensure all compliance requirements are meticulously implemented and executed. Furthermore, the meeting outlined plans for the 2026 "Clear and Clean · Regulating AI Application Misconduct" special campaign. Representatives from over 150 enterprises attended, including registered operators of generative AI large models and key content dissemination platforms within the jurisdiction.
