PALASINO confirms CFO and Company Secretary transition effective 24 April 2026

Palasino Holdings Limited (PALASINO) has announced senior management changes that will take effect on 24 April 2026. Mr. Kwok Tai Law will step down from four roles: Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Process Agent under Rule 19.05(2). According to the board, Mr. Law’s resignation is amicable, with no disagreements or issues requiring shareholder attention.

The board has appointed Ms. Oi Wai Wong to succeed Mr. Law in all four capacities from the same effective date. Ms. Wong brings extensive experience in property, real estate, and telecommunications. Her previous positions include General Manager of the Accounts Department at Sino Group, Financial Controller (Hong Kong) at K. Wah International Holdings Limited, and managerial roles at the Hong Kong Housing Society. Ms. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management Information Systems from McGill University. She is a non-practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant bodies.

The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Law for his service and extended a formal welcome to Ms. Wong. As of the announcement date, PALASINO’s board composition remains unchanged, comprising one executive director, two non-executive directors, and five independent non-executive directors.
