Zhou Hei Ya Reports 152,000-Share Buyback; 6.61 Million Shares Repurchased Since June Mandate

Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 152,000 ordinary shares on 6 July 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 1.25 and HKD 1.27, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.19 million. The shares are scheduled for cancellation.

Including this latest transaction, the company has bought back 22 tranches of shares between 1 June and 6 July 2026 that remain pending cancellation, totalling 8.61 million shares, or roughly 0.41 % of its 2.08 billion issued shares.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 10 June 2026—authorising the company to buy back up to 211.29 million shares—Zhou Hei Ya has so far repurchased 6.61 million shares, representing 0.31 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. The weighted-average purchase price across the disclosed transactions is approximately HKD 1.31 per share, translating into a total outlay near HKD 11.26 million.

Following the latest buyback, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2,081.07 million shares, as none of the repurchased shares have yet been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Zhou Hei Ya is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 5 August 2026.
