MOKINGRAN (02585) announced that it has received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) regarding the implementation of the company's H-share full circulation plan.

The company had previously proposed a plan to convert 40 million non-listed shares held by one shareholder, representing approximately 14.65% of the company's total issued share capital as of the announcement date, into fully circulating H-shares.

According to the filing notice, the company has completed the required filing with the CSRC for the conversion of these 40 million domestic non-listed shares into H-shares by the shareholder.

The validity period of the filing notice is 12 months from the date of its issuance.

The company will apply to the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the approval to list and trade the relevant H-shares.

As of the announcement date, the specific details of the H-share full circulation plan and the implementation schedule for the share conversion and listing have not yet been finalized.

The company expects that upon completion of this conversion and listing, all of its issued shares will consist entirely of H-shares.
