This decision was made as certain creditors require additional time to complete their internal procedures for joining the restructuring support agreements.

Consequently, the company has exercised its discretion to further extend the early restructuring support agreement fee deadline from 5:00 p.m. on June 18, 2026 (Hong Kong Time) to 5:00 p.m. on July 17, 2026 (Hong Kong Time), which is the extended early fee deadline.

Furthermore, the base restructuring support agreement fee deadline has been extended from 5:00 p.m. on July 3, 2026 (Hong Kong Time) to 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2026 (Hong Kong Time), constituting the extended base fee deadline.
