On 17 October 2025, China Power International Development Limited (「China Power」), listed in Hong Kong (Stock Code: 2380), announced its updated board composition. The Board comprises Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, Wang Zichao, Executive Director and President, Gao Ping, along with several Non-executive and Independent Non-executive Directors. The Non-executive Directors are Hu Jiandong, Zhou Jie, Huang Qinghua, and Chen Pengjun, and the Independent Non-executive Directors are Li Fang, Yau Ka Chi, and Hui Hon Chung, Stanley.
