CEN PLAZA HOTEL (08315) announced that the company has initiated the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary. The new subsidiary will primarily focus on the design and production of robot bodies, as well as the research, development, production, and sales of core components including motion control systems, intelligent perception and algorithms, dexterous manipulation hands, and modular joints. The subsidiary will also collaborate with the Group's existing businesses, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, cultural tourism, and entertainment ecosystems.

The new subsidiary aims to create general-purpose robots with high precision, high flexibility, and multi-scenario adaptability, capable of wide application across multiple fields. It will also provide customers with comprehensive integrated software and hardware solutions, including technical consulting and maintenance services for intelligent robots.

The Board of Directors believes that the establishment of the new subsidiary will accelerate the research and development and application promotion of new technologies, create effective synergies with existing businesses to expand broader development opportunities, attract more talent to join, and lay a solid foundation for the Group's long-term development.
