CTIHK (06055) announced that, building upon the framework agreement for exporting cigarettes to new regions, the company signed an exclusive global distribution agreement for "Wang Guan" cigars with Anhui China Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd. (Anhui China Tobacco) on November 6, 2025. Under the agreement, the exclusive distribution scope of "Wang Guan" cigars has expanded from the original duty-free markets in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China to global markets (excluding mainland China).

Since July 2025, CTIHK has successively signed exclusive global distribution agreements for cigars with Sichuan China Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd., Hubei China Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd., and Anhui China Tobacco, as well as an exclusive global agency agreement with Shandong China Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd. These moves mark the preliminary completion of a global sales platform for Chinese-style cigars.

The company will leverage this opportunity to further deepen collaboration with the four cigar brand enterprises, aiming to jointly build internationally influential and competitive Chinese cigar brands.
