On July 22nd, at the 2026 International Low-Altitude Economy Expo, a key enterprise from Wujing Town in Minhang District, Shanghai Tianyu Fanglue Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (Tianyu Aviation), formally entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Shanghai Zique Emergency Rescue Team. The two parties will jointly establish a Low-Altitude Emergency Rescue Joint Innovation Center, exploring a new integrated model for low-altitude emergency response that combines industrial capabilities with public welfare.

This collaboration merges Tianyu Aviation's strengths in aircraft R&D, operations, and low-altitude flight technology with Zique Rescue's mature professional emergency response system. Their in-depth cooperation will focus on three primary areas: validating heavy-duty drone applications in emergency scenarios, establishing an integrated air-ground on-site command and coordination system, and advancing the development of emergency equipment alongside the capabilities of professional rescue teams. The aim is to innovatively create a holistic low-altitude emergency rescue model encompassing "equipment, personnel, scenarios, and real-world validation."

As per the agreement, both sides will work together to launch and operate the Low-Altitude Emergency Rescue Joint Innovation Center. It will undertake tasks including scientific research, standard development, talent cultivation, and the commercialization of results. The initial phase will prioritize implementing five practical application scenarios: airdropping heavy-duty emergency supplies, thermal imaging search and rescue in water and mountainous areas, rapid disaster reconnaissance and modeling, emergency communication relay in extreme environments, and low-altitude safety and medical support for large-scale events. Concurrently, they will jointly explore operational standards for low-altitude rescue drones, collaborate on training for flight and emergency response personnel, and leverage real-world case studies for public welfare education and result dissemination.

Shanghai Tianyu Fanglue Aviation Technology specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and flight services of tandem dual-rotor heavy-lift drones. Founder Zhang Kangping stated, "Among all application scenarios in the low-altitude economy, emergency rescue carries the most weight because it involves saving lives. However, it is also true that equipment development often lacks testing in real, complex disaster scenarios. This agreement is about putting our heavy-lift drone platform into the hands of practical rescue teams for validation. The Shanghai Zique Emergency Rescue Team is Shanghai's first professional public welfare rescue force registered with the national emergency management system. It is also the only rescue team in Shanghai authorized with cross-regional deployment codes by the emergency management authorities for all out-of-area missions. The team has participated in rescue efforts for the Zhuozhou floods and the Turkey earthquake, and routinely undertakes security and safety duties for major events such as the Shanghai Marathon and the China International Import Expo, accumulating extensive frontline practical experience.
