An application was submitted to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of a US$4,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the 「Programme」), established by Hysan (MTN) Limited (incorporated in the British Virgin Islands) and unconditionally guaranteed by Hysan Development Company Limited (Stock Code: 00014). According to the offering circular dated 4 December 2025, notes under the Programme will be issued solely to professional investors as defined under Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The listing is expected to become effective on 5 December 2025.

As of the date of this notice, the Board of Directors of Hysan Development Company Limited comprises Chairman Lee Irene Yun-Lien, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Lui Kon Wai, Independent Non-Executive Directors Chung Cordelia, Churchouse Frederick Peter, Wong Ching Ying Belinda, Young Elaine Carole and Zhang Yong, Non-Executive Directors Lee Anthony Hsien Pin (with alternate Lee Irene Yun-Lien), Lee Chien, and Lee Tze Hau Michael. The Board of Directors of Hysan (MTN) Limited comprises Lee Irene Yun-Lien, Lui Kon Wai and Choi Yick Lam Andy. The Chairman of both Boards is Lee Irene Yun-Lien.
