China Overseas Property Holdings Limited (2669) reported that Executive Director and Vice President, Mr. Pang Jinying, resigned following a board meeting concluded on 28 October 2025. The resignation, attributed to a realignment of work duties, also included stepping down from his role as the alternate to the authorised representative.

According to the announcement, Mr. Pang confirmed no disagreements with the board and indicated no further matters requiring attention from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange or the company's shareholders. The board acknowledged Mr. Pang’s contributions and expressed gratitude for his service.

After the resignation, the board of China Overseas Property Holdings Limited remains composed of three executive directors, two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors under the chairmanship of Mr. Zhang Guiqing.
